General Meetings

The Scheme Meeting and EGM, will be held at The Clayton Hotel Leopardstown, Central Park, Sandyford Business Park, Co. Dublin, D18 K2P1 on 18 September 2026. The Scheme Meeting will start at 2:00 p.m. and the EGM will start at 2:15 p.m. (or, if later, as soon thereafter as the Scheme Meeting, convened for the same date and place, shall have been concluded or adjourned).
